Men and Women Meet In Lillehammer

Canada's men's and women's teams will be competing in Lillehammer Norway this weekend, site of the 1994 Winter Olympic Games.

The Ladies will be starting their third World Cup season, the team consisting of National Team members Taylor Henrich and Atsuko Tanaka. They will be joined by Jasmine Sepandj and Raven Yip of the provincial team, both will be looking forward to their first WC start.  Alexandra Pretorius is still recovering from her knee injury, she took her first jumps last week in Calgary ahead of schedule and will be easing into the competition season in early January.

The men will be looking forward to Lillehammer after a windy competition in Kuusamo that saw frequent delays and cancellations.  Canada will be represented by mainstay Mackenzie Boyd-Clowes and new comer Dusty Korek.

The weekend kicks off with men's HS100 qualifying on Friday followed by the mixed team competition, Henrich, Tanaka, Boyd-Clowes and Korek will be looking to duplicate MT success from this summer.
