Site to be a source of expert content from national teams and staff
Looking to train like an Olympian or simply curious what an Olympic medalist eats for breakfast? Snow Sports Canada is launching a new site to help Canadians tap into the expertise of Canada’s top winter athletes, coaches and support teams. Snow sport enthusiasts can now go to www.snowsportscanada.ca for the latest tips and insight from Canada’s snow sports experts.
In March 2013, Alpine Canada, the Canadian Freestyle Ski Association, Canada Snowboard, Cross Country Canada, Biathlon Canada, Ski Jumping Canada and Nordic Combined Canada joined forces to create Snow Sports Canada. Bringing together an impressive roster of athletes and training professionals, these seven National Sport Organizations now offer Canadians a unique look into the world of elite winter sport.
The new Snow Sports Canada web site will serve as a one-stop destination for all the latest information on snow sports in Canada. From news on the latest achievements of our top athletes to nutritional advice from team dieticians and training tips recommended by team strength and conditioning coaches, the site will have something for everyone. Whether you are an elite athlete or just a beginner, this site has the information to ensure you get the most out of your day on the snow.
Canada is a country built on winter sport and a passion for the outdoors. Be part of it all at www.snowsportscanada.ca.
